Welcome to Harts Barn Craft Centre The premier working crafts centre in the Forest of Dean! OPENING TIMES Harts Barn is open Tuesday to Sunday, inclusive. We are closed on Mondays, except Bank Holidays. Opening hours are Summer 10am-5pm and Winter (1st Oct-31st March) 10am-4pm The TV Countryfile presenter Adam Henson (below) officially opened the new Harts Barn Farm Shop and Cookery School to a crowd who enjoyed an afternoon of local foods, live music, cider tasting, craft stalls, a pig roast and cookery demonstrations. 
Harts Barn Farm Shop will specialise in selling products from producers based throughout the Forest of Dean and Gloucestershire, including the Harts Barn Farm. Harts Barn Cookery School offers cooking for all, from basics to banquets. The School runs hands-on cooking courses, fun and interesting demos, seasonal and community led events and themed cook and dine evenings. The School is also a great venue for parties, catering for children and adults. We run regular daytime cooking clubs, after-school clubs and a variety of fun holiday activities and courses. Membership packages are available which qualify you for great discounts on all our courses and free use of the wonderful facilities for local community groups.
