Traditionally, Reflexology has been used to address physical concerns in the body (i.e Backache, constipation, insomnia),by stimulating the reflexes on the feet and hands, that correspond to all parts of the body.
Reflexology can bring inner peace, rebalance and detoxify the body of mental, emotional and physical pollution, allowing the body, mind, and spirit to move through the low frequencies that can sometimes hold us back.
Hopi Ear Candling
These wonderful candles are hollow tubes, made from cotton, impregnated with beeswax, honey, essential oils and herbs (in particular Chamomile, Sage and St Johns Wort), beeswax attracts the positive ions around the head allowing the negative ions to increase which is essential to our health. Sage is known for its deep cleansing qualities, chamomile for its calming effects and St Johns Wort for its lifting of low moods and depression.
